Jeff was introduced to the industry from a young age by his father, who showed him how to work with integrity and instilled a strong work ethic. Jeff recognized a unique opportunity to improve the automotive industry in 2019 and opened his first shop in Lantzville. Since then Precise has expanded to three shops in Nanaimo. Jeff is passionate about drag racing and working hard on Precise.

Josh began working in the automotive industry in 1996 and has been at Applecross for the past 25 years. Josh loves Precise for its incredible team and great work environment. In his spare time he works on vintage motorcycles, plays music and makes metal art. Josh is looking forwards to continuing years and years of service here.

Mark has been with Precise for two years and is our project manager. Mark loves the culture and is excited for the goals and the future of Precise. He loves working in the automotive industry and is constantly seeking to expand his knowledge and expertise in this field.

Meet Chase! He is our newest service advisor at our Jingle Pot location. Chase has worked in the auto industry for the last five years brining strong, well rounded customer service and vehicle expertise. When Chase isn’t on daddy duties you can find him building his drift car or skateboarding. Chase loves that the Precise team is open to ideas and feedback. He loves being apart of a local movement and how welcoming everyone was.

Cam has been in the automotive industry for 7 years and is the shop foreman at our Terminal location. Cam appreciates the atmosphere at Precise and he believes there are very few jobs where you can come to work and be excited. In Cam’s spare time he dirt bikes and races drift cars.

Meet Ayla! She’s a Service Advisor at our Applecross location with over 12 years of experience in the industry. When she’s not helping clients at the shop, you can find her mountain biking, soaking up live music, or cheering on her son at basketball tournaments across the island. Ayla recently got to see AC/DC live, a major highlight! She loves the energy of the team and being part of a company that values both work and life outside of it.

James has been in the automotive industry for 7 years. James loves the attitude and the support of the Precise team and is excited to have found a career that inspires him to come to work every day. Outside of work, James is a former ski racer and has a passion for playing guitar, gardening and spending quality time with his family. Fun fact about James, he went to school with Drake in the 6.

Dylan one of our technicians at our East Wellingto location and has been in the automotive industry for 5 years. Dylan values the honesty Precise gives to the customers and enjoys the positive work dynamic. In Dylan’s spare time he enjoys the outdoors and off-roading with his friends.

Ben is our lube tech. His favourite part about Precise is the people, the customers and management's willingness to approach situations as teachable moments. In Ben’s spare time he enjoys working on cars, training Brazilian jiu jitsu and photography.

Kael has worked in the automotive industry for the last two years. He is new to the team but loves the work environment, the jobs and the honesty at Precise. In his spare time, Kael enjoys working on Japanese cars and mini trucks.

Ryker has been building up his credentials in the automotive industry over the past year, working towards his end goal of getting his red seal certification. Ryker plays for the VI Raiders and also enjoys working out, working on his dirt bike and being in nature. Ryker loves the work environment and how welcomed he felt when he first joined. He appreciates that the other mechanics have become teachers to him, allowing him to grow and learn.

Herb has been in the automotive industry for 40 plus years. His long career as an automotive technician brings a multitude of different expertise areas. When Herbs not working on vehicles he loves golfing, the gym and going on hikes. Some of Herbs favourite things about working at Precise is the atmosphere, the people and the culture. We’re grateful to have Herb on our team!!

Leanne has worked in the automotive indstry for the past 7 years. Leanne loves motorcycling, playing tennis and video gaming. Leanne loves the moral compass of Precise and what they want for their future and employees. Stephanie loves that she can go home happy at the end of the day. She appreciates Precise’s vision and how they want to make the industry different.

Laurie has been a technician for thirty years. In his spare time, he enjoys archery, decorative knot tying, leather crafts and braiding. He loves the great atmosphere at Precise and loves coming to work where everyone is happy to be there.

Don has worked in the automotive industry for the pasy thirty-two years. When he’s not working on cars, Don enjoys fly fishing, dirt biking and glamping. Some of Don’s favourite things about Precise is how easy it is to get along with everyone and the work culture .

Adam is a technician at our East Wellington location. He has been in the automotive industry for the past eleven years. In his spare time Adam enjoys video games, dirt biking, motorcycles, music and spending time with his dog. Adam loves the people at Precise as well as the work environment and oh, the free coffee!

Carter is new and eager to the automotive industry. He is excited to learn and grow working with Precise. Carter enjoys golf, playing guitar, being outdoors and working on his dads Barracuda. Carter loves the honesty Precise gives to their clients and how welcoming everyone has been.

Meet Jesse! He’s a third-year mechanic at our Applecross location with over five years of hands-on experience. Born in Courtenay and having lived all over the island, Jesse brings a well-rounded approach to every job. When he’s not wrenching, you’ll find him 4x4’ing, camping, or hanging out with his dog Nova. He once got told he looked like marbled cheese in high school, and honestly, he still laughs about it.

Meet Sergei! He’s a Red Seal mechanic with a deep passion for the trade, bringing years of experience from a classic car specialty shop on the mainland. Now part of our team, Sergei enjoys spending his time off with family and getting outdoors on his motorcycle or in his 4x4 Jeep.
